Villa “Rita” is a lake front enchanting two-storey house, surrounded by it’s own private hedged garden with direct access to the beach.
The building is divided into two large apartments, which, can be joined on request, forming one large villa.


Remote controlled entrance gate, private parking, access to the beach for boats, garden with grill and children’s playing area, satellite TV, independent heating (gas fired).
Guests have use of the large shared swimming pool with built in whirlpool , baby pool and furnished pool solarium and all the facilities of the Residence.
Villa “Rita” is perfect for families who require elegance, privacy and close proximity to the lake for bathing, boating and water sports .
A housekeeper is available for extra cleaning on request
Villa Rita is open all year round.
